C'est La Vie Restaurant Valentines' day five course dinner Includes one glass of champagne Amuse Appetizer Macadamianut crusted Jumbo Prawns served over pineapple coleslaw and orange marmalade. Prosciutto di Parma with poached figs finished with port wine cinnamon reduction sauce. Salads Arugula Salad with pears, toasted almonds and crumbled blue cheese, with a touch of truffle vinaigrette.
Chateaubriand Fourteen-day aged center cut filet mignon, served with mashed potatoes, sauteed asparagus toped with a porcine mushroom sauce. Stuffed Salmon Salmon stuffed with shrimp, Dungeness crab meat, spinach, finished with a Mayer lemon brown butter sauce. Halibut Blackened halibut served on a bed of saffron risotto, sauteed asparagus, three roasted shrimp, finished with lobster brandy sauce. Rib-eye steak 16oz bone-in-rib-eye served with Amsterdam Yukon potatoes, Organic sauteed green, port wine, shallots and peppercorn natural veal reduction. One pound and a half of fresh main lobster served with creamy risotto and finished with a chapmagne mushroom emulsion.
