Nicholas McAdams and Amalia Bennett will renew their vows on their 25^th wedding anniversary in a private ceremony to be held at C’est La Vie Restaurant on April 27, 2010, Tuesday. The ceremony will be attended by the couple’s family and closest friends. It will be followed by a 4-course dinner starting with Baked Escargots and French Onion Soup, then a serving of Roasted Pear and Baby Green Salad and finally Dover Sole Fillet with Lobster-Brandy Sauce. Says Amy, they chose Laguna Beach because of their love for the sea and they both happen to like French cooking. C’est La Vie was the perfect venue to celebrate their silver anniversary!
